Having lived in Phuket for many years, we've watched property developments be completed and seen how so many people have bought their holiday home only to find they can only visit for a few weeks a year.  At the same time the popularity of renting a villa or apartment rather than staying in a hotel has grown. This website is about bringing together people who own property in Phuket and people who are looking to rent a villa or apartment for either a holiday or an extended stay.
